Who am I?
My name is Olga Mar, and I'm a certified Coach. Before that, I worked as a Creative Team Leader. I spent six years in the advertising industry, where my ideas were constantly evaluated — and defending them became part of my everyday reality.
With a strong belief in my values, I often challenged the status quo — and it was those very values that ultimately led me to coaching.
Today, I support people who want to break through their internal barriers and feel confident in the roles they play. Over the years, I've also specialized in presentations and public speaking — an area that brings me immense satisfaction. And you can experience that confidence too!
My mission is to help people free themselves from anxiety so they can live and act
in genuine alignment with who they are.
