This document sets out the terms of cooperation within coaching and mentoring services provided online by Inner Voice OLGA MARKIEWICZ, NIP: 5222910202, REGON: 389722476, based in Warsaw (01-493), ul. Orlich Gniazd 8/9.
•Sessions are held online (via Google Meet, unless a different format is agreed upon with the client).
•The services are of a coaching and/or mentoring nature – they do not replace psychotherapy or medical assistance.
2. Booking and payment
•A session is booked after agreeing on a date by email or through the contact form.
•Payments are made in advance: by bank transfer.
•An invoice can be issued upon request.
•Failure to pay by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Contract
•Before the first session begins, the client receives a coaching or coaching-mentoring contract – depending on the service purchased.
•The contract is a simple, transparent agreement that clearly defines the terms of cooperation, rights and obligations of both parties, so that we can operate in an atmosphere of safety and trust.
•The contract should be signed electronically or printed, signed, and a photo/scan sent to: hello@olgamar.com.
•Signing the contract is a condition for the session to take place.
4. Cancellation policy
•A session can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time.
•In the case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the session or absence from the session, the payment is non-refundable.
5. Session packages
•A package includes a specified number of sessions (e.g. 5 sessions of 75 minutes each), carried out within an agreed period.
•Sessions in a package must be used within 3 months from the date of the first session, unless individually agreed otherwise.
6. Package withdrawal
•If after the first session in the package you decide that you do not wish to continue the cooperation, you can notify me by email within 72 hours (3 days) of its completion.
•In that case, I will refund a proportional amount for unused sessions.
•Failure to withdraw within this period means continuation of the process, and the package fee is non-refundable.
7. Right of withdrawal
•If you purchase a service as a consumer online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase.
•If during this time we begin providing the service (e.g. the first session takes place), the refund amount will be reduced proportionally by the value of completed sessions.
•If the package has been fully used before the 14-day period expires, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
8. Liability and confidentiality
•All content discussed during sessions is confidential.
•As a coach, I commit to maintaining full discretion and adhering to ethical standards.
•The client takes full responsibility for their decisions and actions taken as a result of the coaching process.

•Complaints are processed within 14 business days.
10. Final provisions
•Placing an order for a service means acceptance of these Terms of Service.
•Matters not regulated herein are governed by applicable law.
